Director of Commercial Product Marketing
Kelli Hodges joined Dell in 2010. She is Director of Product Marketing for the Commercial Business Unit. In her role, Kelli is responsible for leading a team of individuals who are driving programs around key pillars of Excite, Eliminate, Educate, Elevate & Embrace.
Kelli focuses on listening to our customers both internal and external to drive results. Through these learnings, she is able to provide insights into product planning and futures.
Prior to this role, Kelli had many years of experience in education. She began her career as a teacher of students with special needs. As a teacher, Kelli began a transition program for students with multiple disabilities. The program focused on building the skills necessary for each individual that would empower them to have a higher quality of life. With the assistance of technology, Kelli was able to build gaps in communication, job coaching and social skills that empower the individuals to lead independent lives.
Upon leaving the public sector, Kelli worked in the education publishing industry where she developed, delivered and designed solutions to ensure all students received the personalized learning that will empower them to be successful.
When Kelli initially joined Dell, as a member of the Global Education Team, she deployed her skills in special education and technology to make an impact by creating the Dell Assistive Technology Service (an organic effort to develop a program that leveraged the power of technology and her passion for individuals with disabilities).
In this role, Kelli has been a spotlight/Keynote presenter at various industry conferences including SXSW, Sundance, ATIA, Embracing Exceptionalities, ISTE, Educause, and International Society for Individuals with Dyslexia, ISTE, ASCD, IRA, TESOL, NCTM and CEC.
